When this popular hotel on International Drive in Orlando, Fl experienced an emergency water loss, who did they call first? That's right, SERVPRO of South Orange County because they knew we would report onsite the fastest and can handle any size job. First step when onsite is inspecting and monitoring the affected areasand contents. Second step is to begin extracting the water right away. Third step we begin demolition, as instructed, preventing any further damage. Which included removing baseboards, pulling carpets and cutting drywall. Finally comes setting up the proper drying equipment. Of course we will do a final walk through with the customer.
