Mold Remediation to a foreclosed property

Unfortunately, it is very common for the power to be turned off at a foreclosed property. As you can see from the photos mold had taken over this foreclosed residential home which required all building materials to be demo'd and the studs to be properly cleaned and treated. Typically you would want the humidity in any building to be between 40-60%. Anything above 60% is asking for a mold problem. This is why running the AC in the summer time is essential as it acts as a dehumidifier for your structure.
